Commencing 29 October 2007 Austrian Airlines Launches New Services with two flights a day from London City Airport to Vienna.

This is an important new service for Austrian Airlines and offers the London business audience a convenient option to travel from the City. The new services compliment the existing five flights a day to and from Heathrow enabling passengers to choose from up to seven flights a day from London with Austrian.

Vienna is an important business destination and also an attractive winter leisure city.

New London City flights will also suit passengers looking for a new weekend destination departing Friday evening, returning Monday morning.

The scheduled flights are:

Depart VIE 08.35 - Arrive LCY 09.55
Depart LCY 10.25 - Arrive VIE 13.40
Depart VIE 18.05 - Arrive LCY 19.30
Depart LCY 20.00 - Arrive VIE 23.15

Flights are operated Monday – Friday.

The aircraft operating the new services will be a Fokker 70, recently converted to provide greater legroom and levels of comfort, all Austrian flights from London offer a choice of both Economy and Business Class.
