We recommend rounding your pleasure with a snack of warm Saint Marcelini cheese bouche with tomatoe confit, raspberry balsamico reduction and served with arugula pesto. Should your visit to the restaurant fall in the second half of the day and you feel like having a heartier meal, you can’t go wrong with a serving of smoked quail breast with eggs, warm plums and apples served with apple vinegar sauce.
