The old Richardson Hotel has had a $6.4 million refurbishment and has now reopened as the Hyatt Regency North Dallas. Ideally located in the Richardson telecom corridor the 342 room 17 floor hotel has 13,000 square feet of meeting space and the large Texas Ballroom, which is certain to make the hotel the number one place for social events in North Dallas.

The bedrooms now all have the Hyatt Grand Bed (tm) and flat screen TVs and the fitness centre has been upgraded to provide state of the art equipment.
